Bullies ordered to pay!
The incident occurred in 2015 at a science school in Terengganu, where the victim, then in Form Two, suffered a ruptured right eardrum, permanent disability, and hearing loss due to physical assaults and bullying by the senior students. The victim, now 22, filed the lawsuit last year against the nine defendants, alleging negligence and responsibility. The ruling holds the parties, including education authorities, accountable for the victim’s suffering.
