Netizens Now Claiming Ampang Arte Condominium’s Property Value Declining

Apparently, some are claiming that the property values for the Arte condominium in Ampang is declining. Furthermore, claims are made that the initial value for some of the units are RM1 million and above. They claim that the same unit is selling off for around RM270,000- RM400,000. 

Arte condominium’s property value declining? 

A TikToker states that the Arte condominium in Ampang is in a very strategic location. However, the contrary is happening to the prices of these homes. The facilities of the condominium are rather spectacular and the units are very secure and one lift is serving only 2-3 units per floor, which is unheard of in most condominiums in Malaysia. 

Netizens claim that the area is declining in property value simply due to the amount of AirBnb’s in the location. Due to the private lifts, there are a number of interchanges that need to be made, and many would find that “annoying.”
