An explosion ripped a wall at the Audi service centre at 55 Ubi Road 1 on Tuesday (March 7) with debris flying everywhere though the blast was not too loud. People are asking how did such an explosion happen in the perfect city?
The blast was felt by those working in nearby buildings, and sent some running for cover and some people almost got hit by debris, with the shock wave almost knocking people down.
