7-Eleven Malaysia Holdings Bhd has decided to sell its entire 75% equity interest in Caring Pharmacy Group Bhd to BIG Pharmacy Healthcare Sdn Bhd for a substantial RM637.5 million. The deal includes the acquisition of all Caring’s subsidiaries and associated companies responsible for operating retail pharmacy businesses in Malaysia under the ‘CARiNG’, ‘Georgetown’, and ‘Wellings’ brands.
