This past week has not been kind to our own low cost airline, AirAsia. Netizens have been on a rampage tweeting against the airline on a large scale. It seems that AirAsia has been viral via angry tweets quite frequently in recent days, one for their refund issue, another for flight cancellations.
A netizen, who tagged Tony Fernandez mentioning that their flight was supposed to depart at 6:30pm but has been delayed till after 9pm. Another netizen replied, asking what is the reason for the massive flight delay this time?
Some mentioned that it could be AirAsia having stricter maintenance checking on their aircraft, and may have found some technical errors with them. Furthermore, this week has been a peak period due to the amount of people going back to their hometowns for Hari Raya celebrations.
