Not again, AirAsia! Another day goes by and the low-cost airline is on the bad side of the newsreel with the Bandar Kuching MP Kelvin Yii saying the budget airline should not sell tickets if it cannot deliver as promised!
The MP says the airline’s excuses for frequent and constant delays and rescheduling of domestic flights were unacceptable.
“The public has suffered numerous inconveniences and even economic losses as a result of this.” This is unacceptable, especially during the holiday season, and Mavcom should hold them accountable to protect consumer rights,” he says.
