Anwar Honouring Sabah’s Entitlement
Speaking at the Madani 2026 breaking-of-fast event in Kota Kinabalu, Anwar, who is also finance minister, stressed that the entitlement is final and not subject to appeal. Anwar added that Chow Kon Yeow, the current chief minister, deserves respect and recognition, and that the entitlement will be implemented once the state assembly is dissolved.
