Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim warned that anyone who abuses or mismanages government funds could be arrested and prosecuted, urging TEKUN Nasional, Bank Rakyat and Amanah Ikhtiar Malaysia to ensure assistance reaches intended recipients without leakages or corruption.
