Recently, a new rule states that pasar malams and other open spaces should not be allowed to sell pork, commonly known as “babi.” However, it seems that the more liberal crowd in the country feels that as long as the sellers clearly state that it is not Halal, then everything should be okay.

However, it is a sharp contrast to those who still hold on to their conservative and religious roots. It went to the point where an X user shared a meme depicting a man being offended seeing pork while clearly entering a non-Halal section. 

For the most part, it seems that netizens agree with non-Muslims having their own corner in a pasar malam selling pork.
