A father, Muhammad Syarifuddin Manan, 24, has filed a second police report alleging negligence by a hospital in Kuala Terengganu. The incident occurred on November 17, when his two-day-old daughter fell from a baby cot onto the road tarmac during a transfer for jaundice treatment. According to the father, the baby was left unattended on a sloping road, propped against a metal railing, which led to the cot losing balance and falling. This second report, filed with the assistance of his lawyer, focuses on potential civil action against the hospital for the alleged negligence.
