BRISBANE – Prominent imam Uzair Akbar has urged Muslims to actively confront and report extremists in their midst following the Bondi Hanukkah terror attack that killed 15 Jewish celebrants. Speaking at Holland Park Mosque, Akbar described father-son attackers Sajid Akram, 50, and Naveed Akram, 24, as “two monsters from our faith”.
