Businessman, Sibling Charged Over RM5,000 Damage to Woman’s Vehicle

A businessman with the honorific title “Datuk” and his younger brother pleaded not guilty at the Besut Sessions Court to charges of criminal mischief for allegedly damaging a woman’s Perodua Bezza, causing RM5,000 in losses. 

Businessman and Sibling Charged 

The incident occurred around 11pm on October 23 in front of a house in Kampung Pengkalan Buluh. Both were released on RM6,000 bail each. Separately, the younger brother and three others also pleaded not guilty to assaulting a man during the same incident. 

The alleged victim, Wan Hafizie, was also charged with using criminal force against the Datuk. All parties are due back in court on November 24.
