Most users claim that the bags are made for a specific skinny tall body type. However, it seems that they actually offer clips to make the bags more adjustable.
Chanel offers special clips for bag straps
A TikToker shared her tips for asking a Chanel client advisor for these adjuster clips. She states that they would gladly give them to you when you purchase a bag. However, you’d of course have to request them.
Some are asking if they can simply ask their advisors for these clips, especially if they had purchased a number of bags. For this instance, the TikToker suggests asking their client advisors if they’re able to give it to those who purchased these bags earlier.
