A surge in sexual harassment complaints against men has been noted in Malaysia, according to Minister of Women, Family, and Community Development, Datuk Seri Nancy Shukri. The Ministry has received over 1,000 complaints since launching the Jerayawara Kasih KPWKM @ Antigangguan Seksual program last year, involving males of various ages.

Nancy highlighted the importance of providing counseling and advice to victims who may be hesitant to report to the police. The Tribunal for Antigangguan Seksual (TAGS) has commenced operations, reviewing complaints to determine appropriate legal action.
