A minute after a lady was arrested outside an Indian restaurant in Norfolk, according to a video, another cop arrived and kicked the 15-year-old girl in the stomach.
According to a witness, “He didn’t ask any questions; he just gave a massive flying kick.” The video appears to support the witness’ assertion. The police force, however, believes that the officer is still deserving of his position.
