Couple Charged Misusing RM56k Co Funds
Nor Atiqah Mohamad Alwi and her husband Muhamad Fakhrullah Abd Rahim pleaded not guilty to two counts under Section 403 of the Penal Code. The court granted RM8,000 bail each and imposed reporting conditions.
In a separate case, former officer Muhammad Maududi Abd Rashid was fined RM6,000 for accepting bribes to register a daycare centre. Both cases were prosecuted by MACC officers, with the next mention for the couple set on Nov 4.
