Court Dismisses Malaysian Bar’s Bid To Challenge Najib’s Pardon
High Court Judge Datuk Ahmad Kamal Md Shahid dismissed the application, stating it was non-justiciable and frivolous. He emphasized that the power of pardon is solely the Yang di-Pertuan Agong’s (YDPA) discretion.
