1 min read

A customer has taken to social media to express disappointment over her dining experience at a local dining outlet, located inside Giant Shah Alam Stadium.

In her post, she said she had made and paid for an online booking for a 7pm buka puasa slot, ordering a Family Set for two. However, upon arrival, she claimed staff were unable to locate her order and that several items listed in her set were unavailable, including chicken skin, which was replaced with dendeng.

She further alleged that mineral water included in the set was out of stock and was substituted with orange juice without prior notice. According to her, staff later informed her that water was unavailable for sale.

Netizens Question Service Standards

The post drew reactions from other users who criticised the alleged lack of preparation during peak Ramadan hours, especially regarding essential items like drinking water.

While the customer acknowledged the food tasted good, she described the service as disappointing.
