It’s normal to either receive a mistaken order or items that are insufficient in a restaurant like McDonalds. However, for some Malaysians this isn’t something that is acceptable. One customer wasn’t happy due to the wrong order he received. Unfortunately he found out his order was mistaken when he was half-way home.

Netizens are stating that the staff should check the items delivered to customers before actually sending them. Furthermore, customers may get “hangry” if they do not receive the food that they ordered. This may lead to further complications such as the scene that happened on TikTok.
However, individuals who were working in the F&B industry stated that they are underpaid and tired most of the time. To top it all up, they are forced to keep a smile on their faces regardless if they are berated by their customers.
