UMNO Youth Chief, Datuk Dr Muhamad Akmal Saleh, has warned DAPSY National Chief, Woo Kah Leong, against meddling in Islamic affairs. Muhamad Akmal emphasized that UMNO’s core principle is to protect religion, race, and homeland, not just engage in reckless politics. His statement came after Woo criticized him for acting more like a Perikatan Nasional (PN) leader than UMNO’s youth chief.
Dapsy Leader warned
He stressed that any interference in Islamic and Malay affairs would be met with resistance, stating that for Malay Muslims, religion and identity come before political affiliations.
