The 1-minute-41-second clip, filmed on March 28 and 30, reveals an excavator operating within a fenced area days before the explosion that injured over 100 and displaced residents. With 1.4 million views, the video has raised questions about the cause of the leak, with users like @DonAfiez urging it be submitted as police evidence.
