Driver disturbs a couple with bad parking skills!

There are a handful of drivers who like to park haphazardly and some even block the entrance to other cars with their bad parking skills. Or is it purely someone who parked their car with the intent to inconvenience others?

There are two explanations for this situation: 1. Either the driver is drunk or on drugs, or 2. The driver is deliberate in their action. Both are condemnable and show a lack of civic duty as a driver!
