An intoxicated man was caught smashing an ATM screen at a bank in the Tekun Jaya building, Nabawan, Sabah. The 31-year-old confessed to the act and surrendered to police. District Police Chief Superintendent Yampil Anak Garai said the incident was discovered by a security guard.
