Baker’s Cottage followed Singapore Food Agency (SFA) standards and is taking steps to prevent future incidents. The SFA warns that Shiga toxin-producing E. coli can cause severe diarrhoea and vomiting, and potentially fatal kidney failure in vulnerable groups.
Baker’s Cottage is committed to maintaining high product quality and safety, and is implementing new measures to ensure this does not happen again.
