Father Arrested for Assaulting Driver in Seremban
The soldier has been released on police bail following his statement, confirmed by Seremban police chief Hatta Che Din.
The pedestrians, a 7-year-old girl and her mother, sustained minor injuries. The suspect, a 35-year-old army personnel, has been arrested and is being investigated under Section 323 and Section 427 of the Penal Code.
The driver suffered bruises and swelling, while her car was damaged. Police urged against speculation to avoid tension and called for information.
