KUALA LUMPUR — The fight between Umno Youth chief Dr Akmal Saleh and DAP leaders intensified after former Selangor DAP assemblyman Teng Chang Khim allegedly called him “like a stray dog” in a deleted Facebook post. Akmal fired back on Facebook, branding DAP leaders “wild boars” and “stupid,” accusing them of attacking him for defending the Malaysian flag. The row began when DAPSY condemned Akmal for suggesting its members be given OKU cards, a remark they said insulted persons with disabilities. The dispute stemmed from an upside-down flag incident at a Port Dickson school, reportedly caused by a disabled worker.
