Former Mstar editor Zieman passes away

Fauziah Mohd Johar, a former Star assistant editor and mStar editor who went by the pen name Zieman, died of kidney failure at the Universiti Malaya Medical Centre at 5.30pm today. She was 60 years old at the time. 

On December 8, Zieman was brought to UMMC for a variety of medical issues, including kidney failure. Qadim Shahir, her son, verified her death. 

Zieman, an experienced entertainment journalist, was well-versed in the local entertainment scene and was frequently the go-to guy for anything related to local entertainment and celebrities. Despite her seniority as a writer, she was noted for coaching and guiding younger journalists.
