No Charges Against Sivakumar, Yet
Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim points out that no charges have been brought against human resources minister V Sivakumar hence there is no need for the latter to go on a garden leave.
Sivakumar had only been summoned to give his statement to the MACC, says Anwar, who adds that it would be inappropriate to speculate on the case.

“It’s still being investigated and no charges have been brought against him yet. The investigation process is up to the MACC. Earlier, Sivakumar denied that his house or office has been raided by the MACC.
