Pahang police are pursuing a suspect in a RM3 million casino chip breach of trust case in Genting Highlands, believed to have fled the country. State police chief Datuk Seri Yahaya Othman said records indicate the 44-year-old local man is overseas, and cooperation with Interpol is underway to track him down. The case involves stolen chips from a closed casino room, reported by a 32-year-old junket company manager. Police are also seeking any accomplices who assisted in the chip exchange. Investigations continue under Section 408 of the Penal Code. The suspect remains at large as authorities intensify efforts to locate him.
