Kuala Lumpur: Germany and India are sending warships to the disputed South China Sea in a challenge against Beijing’s bullying in the region.
The development comes as tensions continue to mount as China unilaterally claims the disputed waters as its own backyard.
Chinese armed vessels are always patrolling the seas, preventing fishermen from Vietnam and other countries to earn a living in the international waters.
China does not recognise the SCS as international waters claiming historic rights to the seas and the Islands or islets in the waters.
The UK has already sent its warships in the SCS in defiance of China’s threats to use them as target practice.
