So Abdul was a bit sarcastic. “The rich ah,” he says in Parliament, they do not use RON95,” and probably to be more sarcastic, he adds, “RON97 also they do not use.” So what do they use? Now they use electric cars he says! Perhaps he is right in many ways. Electric cars are for the super rich. Remove some subsidies on RON95 will hurt the poor. Many will not be getting the benefits because government may get it all wrong on who to benefit.
