TikToker shares experience with Hermes
This TikToker merely wanted to buy a bracelet as a gift for her boyfriend. However, a sales person from the Selfridges store refused to let her purchase the item. When she went to another Hermes store, they informed her that the prior store had at least 15 of those bracelets after checking their system.
She informed her audience that the sales person even asked her to wait for 2 hours, regardless of when there were no other customers in line. In the end, she managed to find another entrance to the store, and had another sales person to entertain her. After getting the new sales person, she informed her story and they sold the bracelet to her.
