High tide traumatise residents in Bukit Changgang

1 min read

Bernama says most of the traumatised residents of Kampung Bukit Changgang in Kuala Langat, Selangor, are now concerned about a nearby river’s breached bund that occurred early yesterday morning, fearing that another tide of flooding will be unleashed.

The bund sustained minor damage but residents are in shivers in Rancangan Tanah Baharu (RTB) Bukit Changgang and Labohan Dagang.

Kuala Langat is one of the areas in Selangor that has been warned to be on the lookout for the high tide phenomenon, which is expected to last four days beginning Sunday, December 2.
