Howard Lee Chuan How, a PH candidate who, in the last 10 years served Pasir Pinji & Perak, both in opposition and as a member of the State Government, says the experience has been both humbling and enlightening.
“Running a public office with no resources, and being seen as permanently in opposition, those experiences really trained my resourcefulness, persistence and perseverance.
Bittersweet Challenges
“On the flip side, having shouldered the mandate of executive office under the Pakatan Harapan Perak state government also gave me a taste of the bittersweet challenges of wielding power and responsibility.
“I now have the benefit of experience, as well as the privilege of insight to empower me to serve you better in an elevated capacity. That is why I offer myself as a candidate for the parliamentary seat of Ipoh Timor,” he wrote on his Facebook page.
