Rebellious Goats, Detained for Dining on Graveyard Greens in, Now Taste Freedom

In a quirky tale from Barisal, Bangladesh, nine rebellious goats, dubbed the “Grazing Gang,” were finally set free after a year-long stint in their leafy penitentiary. According to the Dhaka Tribune, these culprits were detained for their audacious crimes of munching on grass and leaves from trees in a graveyard.

The new Mayor of Barisal City Corporation, Abul Khair Abdullah, played the role of the liberator for these woolly lawbreakers. Sources reveal the caper began on December 6 last year. The daring escape plan unfolded when the goat owner, Shahriar Sachib Rajib, pleaded for a pardon from the Mayor.
