The average height for Japanese men is 170.82 cm while ours is at 167.88 cm. Other X users are pointing out that it is the same for Korea. The saying goes that more accessible and awareness to nutrition may have contributed to their growth spurt. It’s generally the same for Malaysia as well according to some.
There are a number of complicated suggestions where some suggest that rice is not good for growth spurts. While some are suggesting that kids should consume more milk in order to grow taller. Regardless, the second world war did affect our countries heavily due to the lack of accessibility to food. Now, times have changed and that is not an issue anymore.
