CASH is KING
PUTRAJAYA, April 10 — Kee Kok Thiam, an associate of fugitive Low Taek Jho, admitted to the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) that he deposited cash into then-Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak’s accounts between 2014 and 2015, the High Court was told. The revelation came from MACC officer Raywel Anduroh, who investigated Kee’s assets before his death. Kee’s statements to the MACC detailed the transactions, shedding light on financial dealings linked to Najib during his tenure. The court heard this testimony as part of ongoing proceedings, raising further questions about the former leader’s financial activities during that period.
