A recent video has gone viral showing the Johor Region Two Marine Police Force meeting at sea with Singapore’s Police Coast Guard for a joint iftar on March 10. The programme aimed to strengthen friendship and strategic cooperation in safeguarding Malaysia-Singapore waters.

Officers highlighted the importance of collaboration in tackling cross-border crime, smuggling, illegal immigration, and increased boat traffic during festive seasons. Senior commanders from both sides attended the event, underscoring the commitment to maritime security. 

Netizens praised the initiative, calling it a blessing to see both nations working together to protect sovereignty and ensure peace in shared waters.
