KUALA LUMPUR, June 24 – The Road Transport Department (JPJ) seized 101 luxury vehicles, including a Porsche linked to a Malaysian celebrity, Ferrari, Rolls-Royce, and Bentley, during Ops Luxury from June 1. Offences ranged from missing licences and insurance to fake plates and mismatched chassis. JPJ Director-General Datuk Aedy Fadly Ramli stressed that no one is above the law, vowing continued crackdowns. The vehicles are detained for investigation, with the public urged to report violations via the MyJPJ app. Ops Luxury aims to ensure road safety and uphold transport regulations nationwide.
