Kian Meng-Pei Jing’s fairytale Indonesia Open run ends in semi-finals

Kuala Lumpur – Malaysia’s mixed doubles badminton pair, Tan Kian Meng and Lai Pei Jing, known for their sensational performances, faced elimination in the semi-finals of the Indonesia Open Badminton Championship. Playing at the Istora Senayan in Jakarta, they were defeated in straight sets, 16-21, 18-21, by China’s Jiang Zhen Bang and Wei Ya Xin in 39 minutes.
