Kuala Lumpur (KL) City FC secured their spot in the FA Cup final after a thrilling semi-final match against Terengganu FC (TFC). The game ended in a goalless draw after both teams failed to score in regulation time and extra time, leading to a penalty shootout.
Beating Terengganu
KL City FC emerged victorious, winning 4-2 on penalties. TFC had an early chance in the first minute, but their effort was saved by KL’s goalkeeper Muhammad Azim Al Amin Kamaruddin. KL City FC came close to scoring in the ninth minute through Sebastian Avanzini, but his attempt narrowly missed the target.
GOOD FOR KL CITY
The other finalist will be determined in the upcoming semi-final match between defending champions Johor Darul Ta’zim (JDT) and Selangor FC.
