Recently, Malaysia Airlines announced their plans to introduce a new exclusive terminal transfer for Business class and platinum passengers. However, X users are unhappy at the situation as the KLIA aerotrain services are not fixed yet. This is one of the biggest problems in having a “satellite” terminal.

X users state that Malaysia Airlines has nothing to do with the aerotrain problem as it is under the airport’s jurisdiction. However, netizens still disagree and state that this is a problem that needs to be solved, and for now the issue is solved strictly for Malaysia Airlines’ premium customers.
