While dropping a loved-one at the airport, it may be an emotional affair for people. However, at an airport like KLIA, it is best to park your car in the parking bay provided for visitors. Blocking the drop off area is one of the biggest annoyances that a traveler has to face as it will clog up the roads.

Netizens Approve KLIA’s RM100 Fee

Social media users say that there is a reason why it’s called a drop off. If you’d have to turn off your engine and lock your doors, it is no longer a drop off, but rather you’ve just parked your car for a period of time. With the high volume of passengers at the airport, it is always a better choice to be respectful of others.

Additionally, people state that the airport management is kind enough to allow a 10 minute drop off. In most other places, particularly in developed countries, such lee-way isn’t even allowed.
