KPDN Seizes 19,000 Litres of Suspected Diesel in Tanjong Malim Raid

The Perak branch of the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Cost of Living (KPDN) seized 19,000 litres of suspected diesel and related equipment worth RM60,550 in a raid at a construction site in Changkat Asa Estate, Tanjong Malim.

The raid, based on a public tip-off, revealed that the fuel was stored in two skid tanks without official approval. A 41-year-old site manager failed to present the required licences or permits. The case is being investigated under the Control of Supplies Act 1961. KPDN has urged the public to report suspicious activities via its hotline, app, or official complaint channels.
