Recently KTM mentioned that they are not filled to the maximum capacity, and encourages the public to ride their ‘komuter’ trains. However, netizens did not take KTM’s advice too kindly as delays and breakdowns are frequent for their komuter lines.
They further claim to fix their train schedules within the next 5 years. As we all know, they have been singing the same song for years now. A netizen stated that he heard this exact same statement since 2012, and it has progressively gotten worse.
Others are calling KTM a clown, due to them saying they need 5 years to increase their train frequency. KTM riders claim that many times they have been delayed for hours when riding the train to come home from work.
