KTM train in Padang Besar facing problems
X users are disappointed in KTM as well as customers claim that their emergency response team did not come on time. Furthermore, some state that the train lacked circulation as the doors were mostly closed, and some windows were opened.
It appears that the electricity cable was cut off, and the train had to be pulled manually to a previous station. However, it is rather common to see incidents like these happening in rural areas as there are a number of reasons why the cable could be cut off.
