On Reddit, an article was shared regarding a challenge to KTMB’s CEO who criticized Malaysians for not taking public transportation to ride their infamous KTM trains. Netizens are criticizing the CEO saying that it’s his job to ride the trains to find out why there are less customers riding their trains.
Netizens further stated that there shouldn’t be any vvip treatment towards the CEO as it would only be fair if he experienced it like how a normal person would. Some mentioned that if the CEO were to actually ride the trains, they would make sure everything is fine and on schedule.
Another on Reddit mentioned that the CEO should try taking the train everyday from Port Klang at 7am and experience the full rush hour mode. A sensible netizen mentioned that he should make it a routine to take the train everyday to properly experience public transportation in Malaysia, and maybe a solution can be made.
