Transport Minister Loke Siew Fook has refuted claims that Aeroline and other express bus operators are being compelled to operate solely from Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (TBS). Speaking at the Transport Expo Asia 2025 in Sepang, Loke said operators are free to use other licensed and safe terminals.

He added that the ministry is open to approving suitable sites with proper facilities, including malls such as 1 Utama, Lalaport Bukit Bintang, and IOI City Mall. Loke said licensing requirements would be simplified to allow more terminals, emphasising safety and proper regulation over location preference.
