Investigators found that the brand unknowingly subcontracted work through a shell company that outsourced to illegal Chinese-run factories using undocumented, underpaid workers.

Loro Piana claims it severed ties with the supplier within 24 hours of learning about the violation and is strengthening audit controls across its supply chain.
