Netizens state that one of the reasons they wouldn’t mind paying more for Malaysia Airlines is due to their delicious meals. However, it seems that their catering issues may cause some customers to choose alternative airlines. Self heating and non-Halal meals are prohibited for customers to bring aboard.
Others state that the airline should’ve had a back up plan before severing ties with their caterer. Customers on long haul flights were complaining that they lack hot meals despite the higher price.
